Hey! Thanks for the reply!   I tried that earlier but it doesn't work...
I am using win 8.1 x64 with squeezebox boom and Logitech Media Server
version 7.7.5? What could be the problem?

Guys i would like  to shutdown Squeezebox to

Switching_to_SqueezeNetwork '00:04:20:06:29:11' | nc -w 1 127.0.0.1 9090
but i dont know how to implement it on external shutdown... i am noob at
this

Could somebody please help!

In serverpowercontrol options there is a command that follows: "
Optional special command to execute on “external” shutdown: "

Could I configure him that after external shutdown he "transfers" my
player to mysquezzebox service?

Also when booting back to windows "turn him back to server?"

Alas can he wake my computer from hibernation or sleep?

I am using win7 server on a laptop.

Please i v searched and couldnt find my answer.

Could you please explain me how to configure player to shutdown to
mysquezzebox service after "externally" shutting down server (in my case
a windows 7 laptop)?
