Otherwise how would my Squeezebox Touch devices rightly connect to Spotify and advertise Spoty Connect on my network for my Windows 10 PCs to see? xtrips's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=50645 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110455 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.0.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Hello, I am running LMS 7.9.0 on an Unraid NAS, under a Docker, if you know what I mean (kind of container that runs LMS under a virtual machine). Anyway, Spotify does not see the Spotty plugin running under my LMS. Is that because I am using a free account, therefore no login? Or is it because Spotty uses a specific TCP port? Because if it is a port problem I need to know which one it is and open it under the Docker (virtual machine) parameters. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] SB Player and DSD audio
I am sorry to intrude as my question is somewhat related to the subject. I am using a few Squeezebox touch devices connected via 1Gbps LAN to a NAS server. Is it possible to have Squeezebox touch play DSD iso from the NAS? xtrips's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=50645 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103674 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
pippin wrote: iPeng neither browses your folders nor does it support any file types. The server needs to do all that. Artwork files alone usually don't show up in the server responses so there's little iPeng can do. Also, the music folders are horrendously slow and there is no versioning, this would be a really good way to keep your server and iPeng busy for a few hours to sort things through just to have to throw it all away and start over once you change anything. No, you either need to organize your files in one of the ways (there are plenty) the server understands and can organize itself or you need to have a plugin written that does the handling for you. iPeng can't help with this, it doesn't have access to your file system in the first place, it runs on the wrong device... That's clear. Thank you. I'll check on the server side what can be done. xtrips's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=50645 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
I wish I could be able to browse into sub folders whenever I am playing an album. The point is I have a huge collection of albums and each one is neatly organized into a folder, and within that folder there usually is a sub folder for art work containing jpeg files. So if iPeng was able to browse/detect? one level under, then I could browse the whole artwork of an album while listening to it. I know iPeng supports JPEG files when they are in the same folder level as the audio files, but I don't want to have all this mess mixed up together. Any ideas? xtrips's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=50645 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
