Listen Again with iPlayerExtra plugin uses Flash / RTMP. Listen Again
from the BBCiPlayer plugin uses HLS. So if you are having problem with
two different protocols -it looks like a "local" issue which makes it
harder to find becasue you'll have to do the legwork.
Do iPlayer plugin live HLS streams play OK ?
When testing also include playing a program from Browser (set up for
Flash not HTML5) just as a sanity check.
To see why the streams are stopping you'll need to enable some logging.
Initially plugin logging but later it'll probably require a few other
modules to be logged to be more definitive. For Extra playback enable
plugin.bbciplayer.rtmp ot Info. For iPlayerplugin enable
plugin.bbciplayer.hls to Info.
Usual procedure. Note time. Try playing a stream. Wait about 30 secs
after fault has happened and note time again. Copy log message between
start and stop time into text file, zip and attach to a post.
