2011-08-11 Thread bpa

No need to replace files as they are now included in the latest version
of BBciPlayerExtra.

If you are using 7.6.* - then BBCiPlayerExtra will not work with
Squeezeplay user interface (i.e. Squeezeplay, Touch and Radio). It
works OK with Web and older players. I've nearly got a new version
ready with this 7.6 specific problem fixed.

I have tested a couple of Play again entries for Radio 3 with SP and
they usually just show an URL (e.g. iRadio Extras/National Radio
Schedules/Radio3/Last week/Radio3 Fri 25/3 / 02:00 Trough the Night).

It is an odd problem. IIRC the "playable" menu generated are the same
as ones generate by iPlayer plugin as Extras uses it to play.

Does the problem happen with all Extra menu, all the "Schedule" or just
some specific ones ?

If you can provide a specific example - I'll check it.

I have the problem on both Radios and on my Mac with SP. I suppose I am
using the onebrowser branch (iirc awy proclaimed that all distributed

I think it is a problem in your setup (are you using SP on a PC or SP
on Touch/Radio ? or SBS 7.6 onebrowser branch) or else specific to the

Many thanks, bpa. It works very nicely. It is somewhat buried in the
menu hierarchy, but that's how it should be given the balance that
Triode and yourself intend between iPlayer and iPlayerExtra.

Sincere thanks again to you and Triode for the marvelous work you do in

Why ? It would be duplication of effort especially as you already have
BBCiPlayer plugin installed for Extra to work.

For the very rare occasions where the XML feed has failed - Extras
already has Yesterday, Today and A-Z which means most program can be
found in the short time before the XML feed is fixed.
