[SlimDevices: Plugins] Unable to create new library on Multi Library PlugIn

As described in
wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Setup_kids_room_SqueezeBox
I try to Create a new Library. I installed the Plugin on a Synology
NAS Version of SqueezeboxServer. The version number of Multi Library
is: 2.5.3278 But I cannot find such a function create new library. 

Can anyone gibe me a hint, what I am doing wrong?

It should be in Extras/Multi Library in the web interface.
