I am also experiencing this issue with the same version as Mikes on Win XP. Anyone having a recent prior 10/10 backup of the plugins? On the plugin tab there are no links to the settings and the settings pages for the plugins have disappeared. I have sent you the server.log and a couple of screen shots.
