If you are using your server remotely, make sure you do so using a VPN or SSH tunneling. Hi there, not sure if you still have the issue, but I had it so I thought I'd let you know what I did to solve it * First make sure your logitech media server is up to date, an earlier version had a bug where remotes couldn't connect properly, while the server UI worked fine. * Second, if you are using your server remotely, and your server is behind a router's firewall, you need to open the right ports.
