[NEW] freedroidrpg-0.10.2
pkg/DESCR FreeDroidRPG is a free isometric RPG game inspired by elements of Diablo and Fallout. Originally based on FreeDroid Classic, this project now has vastly deviated from its parent. This game tells the story of a world destroyed by a conflict between the bots and their human masters. Play as Tux in a quest to save the world from the murderous rebel bots who know no mercy... ... Or maybe just spend your time wandering around the land while the people are slaughtered. You get to choose which path you wish to follow, and freedom of choice is everywhere in the game. FreeDroidRPG comes with an innovative system of magic, with features such as forced casting and over 20 spells. You can use over 50 different kinds of items and fight countless enemies on your way to your destiny. We have an advanced dialogue system, with it's aim to be at least on par with Fallout's. Our battle engine supports both ranged and close combat in real time. Finally, if guns are too inaccurate and blades too messy, you can always take over your enemies and have them fight on your side. Tested under i386 and macppc. Comments/OK? -- Antoine freedroidrpg.tar.gz Description: Binary data
NEW: net/ttt
TTT, tele-traffic tapper. Quite old, but useful for making adjustments to altq, amongst other things. ttt is yet another descendant of tcpdump but it is capable of real-time, graphical, and remote traffic-monitoring. ttt won't replace tcpdump, rather, it helps you find out what to look into with tcpdump. ttt monitors the network and automatically picks up the main contributors of the traffic within the time window. The graphs are updated every second by default. Features: * Automatic Ranking of Protocols and Hosts * Real-Time Monitoring * Remote Monitoring with IP-Multicast support * Accepts tcpdump output * IPv6 Aware (experimental) * Portable and easy to customize tested i386/amd64/sparc64. would have tested on arm too but my N2100 is most unhappy (HD died taking the rest of the box with it). the proper MASTER_SITE has broken EPSV, so I mirrored the distfile to save FETCH_CMD=ftp -E games. any comments? please commit if ok. ttt.tar.gz Description: application/tar-gz
NEW: x11/libBLT
this is a dependency for net/ttt (see next mail) The BLT Toolkit is an extension to Tcl and Tk. It adds new commands and widgets to the Tcl interpreter. Included widgets are 2D graph, barchart, stripchart, tab notebook, and tree viewer. diff for 64-bit comes from netbsd pkgsrc - the demos I tried worked ok on i386/amd64/sparc64. any comments? please commit if ok. libBLT.tar.gz Description: application/tar-gz
UPDATE: editors/leafpad (0.8.10 = 0.8.11)
NEWS: * Followed GNOME Goals (AppIcon, ApplicationCategory, PoLinguas). * Added GTK+ 2.10 Printing feature (no gnomeprint needed). * Added --jump=LINENUM command line option. * Added temporal Always on Top feature invoked by Ctrl+T. * Fixed auto indentation behaviour. * Updated Simplified Chinese translation (Li Daobing). p.s. tested @ i386. -- Cheerz, Vlad / Stelz leafpad-update--0.8.11.diff Description: Binary data
UPDATE: audio/normalize (0.7.4 = 0.7.7)
Changelog since 0.7.4: 2005-09-14: Version 0.7.7 is out. This version fixes three years worth of minor bugs, but no new features have been added. 2002-09-28: I have put together a patch to xmms 1.2.7 that uses the RVA2 frame in ID3 tags (making the plugin packaged with normalize unnecessary). If you're feeling adventurous, compile your xmms with this patch, bang on it until it breaks, and send me a bug report. 2002-09-08: Version 0.7.6 is out. This version fixes a major bug with large ID3 tags, so upgrading is highly recommended. Several changes were also made to the normalize-mp3 script, including support for flac files. The binary packages have also been updated. 2002-08-26: Version 0.7.5 is out. This version fixes several minor bugs, mostly in the normalize-mp3 script. Version 0.8 is currently in the works, and will have lots of new features, including Ogg Vorbis support. p.s. tested @ i386. -- Cheerz, Vlad / Stelz normalize-update--0.7.7.diff Description: Binary data
databases/ update: p5-DBI p5-DBD-mysql
Hi Porters, one update for databases/p5-DBI to version 1.58 with many, many changes [0], so make sure you test your apps. Maintainer didn't reply. The other update is for databases/p5-DBD-mysql to version 4.005 also with many changes [1] and as they write, much better compatibility. Tested on amd64 and i386 without regressions so far. new: databases/tdb
Hi, Attached is a port of TDB (http://sf.net/projects/tdb), a nice little database library which will probably be a dependency for the next version of fdm (mail/fdm). I disabled building the binaries because the tests depend on GDBM (and aren't installed in any case) and tdbtool and tdbdump would cause the package to conflict with Samba, which is probably a bad idea. Tested to build and correctly create/read/add to database files on i386 and sparc64. Please test, comment, etc. -- Nicholas. tdb.tar.gz Description: application/tar-gz
