New: guichan 0.7.1

2007-08-20 Thread Julian Leyh
Hi there,

I ported guichan (http://guichan.sourceforge.net) - a portable C++ GUI
library designed for games using Allegro, HGE, OpenGL, OpenLayer and/or
SDL.

I configured it to use OpenGL and SDL, but maybe I should put that into
Flavors or Subpackages?

Tested on i386, examples compile after some changes to the makefile
(should I add them to the package?) and The Mana World, which uses
guichan, and was the reason why I ported it, works fine.

Regards,
Julian

Ports lock is active.

http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-portsm=118609297808504w=2

This will be ignored, but since it should NOT get lost, please resubmit
after unlock (post 4.2 release).

I just did a fresh install of xine from snapshots and I got the same warning
the first time I started xine.

with a recent i386 -snapshot installed, i just did a pkg_add -ui, and
playing around with a few packages, i noticed:

xine:/usr/local/lib/xine/plugins/1.1.2/xineplug_decode_faad.so:
/usr/local/lib/libfaad.so.0.0 : WARNING: symbol(err_msg) size mismatch,

installed pkgs:
faad-2.0p5 MPEG2 and MPEG-4 AAC decoder
xine-lib-1.1.2p4multimedia decoding library
xine-ui-0.99.4p1multimedia player

for kicks, i did a forced reinstall of those 3 packages, ala -r -F
installed; still the same issue. however, i didn't notice that before i
did the reinstall, libfaad.so.0.0 was from a build on December 11, 2006,
while xineplug_decode_faad.so was from a February build. (all via
snapshot packages).

Small issue concerning lighttpd

2007-08-20 Thread Antti Harri

Hello,

(Maintainer's email bounced so I'm mailing this to ports@)

I noticed lighttpd's PLIST doesn't contain spawn-php.sh.

From http://trac.lighttpd.net/trac/wiki/Docs%3AModFastCGI
For convenience a wrapper script should be used which takes care of all the
necessary option. Such a script in included in the lighttpd distribution and is
call spawn-php.sh.

It's in doc/ directory of the extracted source.
