IMHO these don’t warrant a FLAVOR and should be on by default. For now, I've conservatively disabled lz4, zstd and xxhash support to
simplify testing the update, but eventually I'd appreciate having at
least zstd support.
"make test" is happy on amd64 (31 passed, 9 skippe) and all my use cases
keep working as expected.
