Just roll a tarball of what was is the src tree and use that.

Here's a port for popa3d that attempts to mimic what we had in base,
minus the modifications to handle v6.  I could add such support back if
needed, but let's publish this first, since I only did minor tests with
nc.  sthen, sorry for the delay, it's yours now. :)
