Pgtl: Take maintainership

I contacted the person currently listed as maintainer, who replied:
"I am not involved neither with that port nor with OpenBSD anymore".

I'd like to take maintainership, unless someone already wants it.
Hopefully we won't need to have a battle royale to decide who'll
have the honour of being maintainer. Again.
