i've been using easytag for ages and to me it has all the needed
features :)

Just had a closer look at puddletag and indeed it is very powerful
(didn't know it had integration with several tag sources eg MusicBrains,
AcousticID, Amazon,Discogs etc). Unfortunately I had lots of redraw
issues with various pop ups / menus.

yeah, it would be a shame... =/

Picard is a nice alternative, but the puddletag is a better solution,
IMHO.

def would be a shame to lose puddletag as its one of the better
applications. Picard, puddletag and beets are generally the go to pkg's
for tagging larger library's.

I use it, alternatives I tried in the past were not as effective as
puddletag which displays all songs as a spreadsheet, and you can do
mass changes.
But if you know some good alternatives, I'm ok for removal.
