databases/skytools fails to build: txid.c:207:6: error: use of undeclared identifier 'SerializableSnapshot'
This first showed up in a test build with LLVM 8.0... http://build-failures.rhaalovely.net/amd64-clang/2019-06-19/databases/skytools.log ... but that was a coincidence. It also happens with LLVM 7.0. It is not obvious what change has triggered this.
