Using the latest snapshot (Sat Mar 24 14:21:59 MDT 2018) with the Xfce desktop
manager installed.
The xfce4 terminal geometry settings behave strange. If in the preferences
80x24 is set, the actual geometry with which the terminal loads is 106x25.
Setting the geometry to 52x22 the terminal loads with a geometry of 78x23.
