patch(1) already does that if you use -E, but if you do that and forget
to cvs rm then the update will be broken.

Generally it's worth pointing out that files have been removed in the
accompanying email.

Small patch to zsh 5.5.1.

Also I noticed the two patches removed for 5.5 are now zero byte files.
Anything git users can do to make that easier (or should patch(1) be
modified to recognize +++ /dev/null as rm the file)?
