No, on that particular server I was only cheching the SBL.

Wouldn't you reject them anyway because they are on the PBL, or bypass 
the RBL check for authenticated clients that relay through your server?

1) Should not happen but it did. No one is perfect.
2) I hope you guys don't just blindly trust one RBL provider? Postscreen allows 
perfectly to craft weighted BL.
3) Instead of shouting out here has any one reported them their mistake?

policyd-weight does weighted checks, too.
