While working for another company, I was outsourced--yes, outsourced--to IBM for two years and found it a pleasant and accessible place to work. I hope your experience was similar, and wish you the best at your new location and with your new employer. You'll have to tell us whether so much of what we outsiders have heard about Google inside is true--or not. For Google's part, how often do they get to sign somebody who's done for not just the open-source community but the worldwide computing community what you have. I hope you are handsomely compensated there, and not just monetarily.
