Assess the current customer environment, run health checks, run backups, check retentions. Make sure everything in the customer environment is running properly. Clean up any errors in the present environment using EMC recommended best practices. Document every issue present in the current environment and send it back to DELL EMC. Get their backups configured properly. Work closely with the customer team, asses how they are doing the operations in the present environment. Document errors and clean up the errors. · Skills - Must Have *-? Networker, Data Domain, VMware Good to have -? DDBoost* We can have a partially remote resource on this. The first half of the residency needs to be on-site and the second half will could be remote. We will need a resident to go on-site and review their current environment and asses it and then we can have a remote resource taking work from there..
