I totally agree with you. Many times I find headhunters to be rather useless! In reality, I think a headhunter should work in the industry for which they are trying to place people, so they know what they are doing - and should have done that kind of work Before becoming a headhunter. Interesting feedback about Facets. And, funny joke about her Hunt for heads. That being said, I've dealt with headhunters who are NOT too bright. So, even though she Claims its a Facet DB - maybe she is simply wrong - and doesn't really have a clue. Either that, or Facets is SO Old - that's why its not appearing as an actual DB, but, rather - certain DB Engines can maybe import Facet type data. But, at this point - I wouldn't worry about it.
