In this role you will work with process owners to define and refine user stories ultimately working to configure, develop and implement solutions. You will be a key contributor on the platform team and will be responsible for delivering solutions that align to ServiceNow best practices. *Job duties include:* · Develop systems integrations and process automation, fully utilizing the platform’s workflow capabilities including, orchestration. · Create Service Catalog forms and views, configure modules and labels, build reports, dashboards and homepages. Utilize Performance Analytics to collect historical data. · Help coordinate application and platform upgrades. · Articulate technical concepts using easily understandable business language. · Assist in gathering and/or reviewing customer process requirements and assisting on how they map to ServiceNow, driving platform expansion and adoption. · Scope solution requirements and configure solutions around the ServiceNow platform to meet customer needs and project deliverables · Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable · Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations *DESIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS* The ideal candidate values working in an Agile environment as part of a high performing, collaborative team. You are a builder who loves to get in and do things but also an analyst who values digging into the details and extrapolating out to view the bigger picture. · Previous experience with the ServiceNow Platform; certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer is desired but not required. · Previous experience working with Relational Databases. · Three or more years direct experience administering or developing on an enterprise class platform. · Five or more years direct experience in an increasingly complex enterprise information technology environment with emphasis on IT Service Management.
