The UX Designer will design the overall functionality of client’s Digital
Products and iterate upon it using Agile processes to ensure a user
experience that is exceptional.  This role will be self-directed and
collaborative, utilizing design experience, work flow analysis and
understanding of users to create a compelling user experience.


This individual should be familiar with Agile, and will be accountable for
the following deliverables, tasks, and capabilities:

   - Ability to define and drive UX strategy in alignment with industry
   best practices
   - Act as an advocate for the user when balancing against business needs
   - Understand the product vision through user-centered research and
   Product Owner collaboration
   - Ability to quickly translate research and business asks
   into wireframes, user flows, user stories, task flows, pixel-perfect hi-fi
   comps, lightning-fast prototypes, and any additional materials necessary
   for human-centered digital experiences
   - Identify design or experiential shortcomings and quickly evaluate and
   recommend opportunities for enhancement
   - Understanding of user and usability testing, and capability to assist
   in conducting focused sessions
   - Ability to communicate critical feedback to business partners or
   development teams while understanding stakeholder goals and needs
   - Design and communicate technical flows from a user’s perspective
   - Ability to prioritize and define the success criteria around an
   acceptable first version of an experience, as well as recommending an
   iteration/enhancement path forward
   - Ability to evaluate requests and communicate level of effort to manage
   timing expectations and drive prioritization
   - Work within an Agile workflow to deliver high-quality results



*Skills*

*Required:*

   - Fluency with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Familiarity
   with Abstract and Airtable a plus.
   - Strong written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
   - Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android material
   design
   - Experience with responsive, mobile-first design
   - Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic and full
   accountability to deliverables and timelines
   - Team-oriented — communicate regularly, support and highlight each
   others’ achievements, and evangelize the discipline
   - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and technical training
   required
   - 3+ years of UX design experience

*Preferred:*

   - Familiarity with accessibility and ADA compliance standards
   - Experience communicating with web, iOS, an Android developers
   - Ability to follow, evaluate, and recommend improvements to processes
   and tools that help the team operate efficiently and deliver high value to
   the company
   - Knowledge of SAFe Agile processes a plus
