5 to 7 years of SOA development utilizing J2EE and Oracle SOA Suite
technologies in large Enterprises with diverse integration needs.



*Technologies:*



   - Oracle SOA Suite 11g, including BPEL Process Manager, Mediator, Human
   Workflow, Decision Service (Rules)
   - Oracle Service Bus 11g (OSB)
   - WebLogic Server 11g, WebSphere 7.0
   - Oracle Database 11g, DB2, SQL Server
   - Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM)
   - JDeveloper 11g, Eclipse IDE for Java EE
   - XML technologies (XML Schema, XSLT, XPath), XML Spy
   - Oracle Enterprise Repository 11g
   - Oracle Service Registry 11g
   - SOAP and REST-style Web Services, WSDL
   - WS-* specifications, including WS-Security
   - J2EE technologies (EJB, JMS, JDBC, JCA)
   - Legacy integration technologies (MQ Series, FTP, EDI)
   - Automated build tools (Ant, Maven)
   - CA Software Change Manager (Harvest) configuration/version management
   - Microsoft Office tools, including Visio and SharePoint



*Skills:*



   - Service requirements analysis and design - ability to document a
   service design utilizing UML models and referencing service design patterns.
   - Service development - ability to develop services utilizing Oracle SOA
   Suite 11g based upon design specifications.
   - Service integration - ability to integrate services with legacy
   technologies, including mainframe; ability to develop adapters for
   integration with applications that are not service-enabled.
   - Service implementation ability to create composite services utilizing
   SCA standards; ability to configure and deploy services in Oracle Service
   Bus (OSB).
   - Service testing ability to perform all levels of service testing
   (unit, integration, performance), including using automated regression
   testing frameworks.
   - Service management and monitoring ability to coordinate with
   operational staff in enabling service management.
   - Service reuse - ability to mentor development staff in the usage of
   available services; ability to utilize the Oracle Service Repository and
   Registry to promote reuse.
   - Proficient in documenting service implementation and usage.
   - Ability to coordinate service development, testing and deployment with
   Enterprise support and administration teams.
   - Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain Management, and
   Human Resources a plus.
   - Experience in electric utility industry a plus.
