There isn't for now. Prototype Core is resuming work on its PDoc
system. Once it's up and running, we'll provide a PDoc-commented
version of the source. And from that one, we'll provide a converter to
VS' IntelliSense comment format so you can have an up-to-date
prototype.debug.js IntelliSense can work with. We're in touch with Jeff
King and his pal about this, they provide this IntelliSense feature.
