[PSAS] Leadership Meeting Tomorrow at 2pm

Hello PSAS team,

I noticed this wasn't on the calendar yet for this weekend, although we did
announce it on Tuesday. The agenda includes but is not limited to:

   - Fundraising in coordination with PSU's "Day of Giving" on Nov 27th <-
   IMPORTANT!! Marketing and accounting students are strongly encouraged to be
   here for this discussion!!
   - Leadership roles within PSAS (non-project related)
   - If you've been coming to PSAS meetings for a while and would like to
  help us improve our organization, here's your chance to step in or even
  make a pitch for your own suggestions.

[PSAS] Leadership Meeting

Hello PSAS admin and leadership team,

This Sunday at 2 pm will be a leadership meeting where we will discuss,
among other things:

   - Organizing and cleaning the Rocket Room:
   - Yes, the furniture and shelves are rearranged. Now all the project
  stuff needs organizing
  - Risk and safety rules for item storage (where applicable)
   - Base 11 team introduction video <-- required for entry:
  - IF YOU ARE ON THE BASE 11 LEADERSHIP TEAM, THIS IS PRIORITY
  - Video will be between 1.5-5 minutes and include quick intro of B11
  leadership as well as a group shot including any other B11 team
members who
  are present. (Note: Base 11 means LV4!!!)
   - PSAS Organizational stuff:
  - Community Agreement review
  - PSAS reimbursements and accounting
  - Fall Fundraising
  - Getting courtesy appointments
  - How getting insurance affects PSAS
   - Whatever important items you add to the agenda

[PSAS] PSAS leadership meeting this Sunday 1:00pm!

Hi everyone,

It's time to get organized!

This Sunday, starting at 1:00pm, we'd like to meet with everyone who is
interested in taking on an organizational leadership role in PSAS and
OreSat. This isn't technical leadership, this organizational and project
management. Things we'll discuss include:

- Organizational structure - what do we need?
- PSAS "officers": roles, things needing to be done, etc.
- How do we better on-board new people?
- how do we do social media, outreach, and PR better?
- Finances: where are we, and  what do we need?

We'll also discuss the long list of small projects we need done. We hope
to spread the small projects around so that they actually get done, and
don't get put off because a few people are too busy. This includes:

- Ordering T shirts and distributing them
- Thank yous to recent PSAS crowdfunding campaign
- Website upgrades

We'll meet in FAB 86-01 if it's empty; if it's not empty (there may be a
workshop in there) then  we'll meet in the LID project space (around the
corner from FAB 86-01 and the LID).
