Alright so updating to 2020.3 seems to have fixed it for me. Steve if its still not updating for you, make sure flo tools is updated and check to see if there are any system dialogues with VO F1 twice quickly that may prevent it from opening. I would check to see that there isn't a dialog in the background asking for some sort of security access. Catalina is notoriously compartmental about permissions. The same thing happened to me, I was told I needed to update to ProTools 2020.3 After I ordered ProTools 2020.3, I’m still having the same issue. Let me know what you do to resolve the issue? Can't open pro tools 2019 on Catalina
