Re: MIDI Event List finally fixed in latest Pro Tools release

Interesting, so one can now input midi without having a keyboard around?
Was wondering when, or if they would ever add that. Lol not that I'd ever use
that over a keyboard, but its nice to have that available in a pinch.

MIDI Event List finally fixed in latest Pro Tools release

2021-03-25 Thread Slau Halatyn
I wanted to make sure I didn't bury the lead so, as the subject says, the MIDI
Event List bug has finally been fixed. For those following along at home, this
has been an issue for a few years. I noticed it but, at first, thought it was
just an anomaly and worked around it. When others brought it up, I confirmed
that it was indeed a bug and filed it. Technically, it wasn't even an
accessibility issue and affected all users. Finally it's fixed and deleting or
editing events in the MIDI Event List now works as expected.

The other notable thing in this new version is the virtual keyboard which
allows for QWERTY note input much like Sibelius.

enjoy,
Slau
