Alex Danilo introduction

2016-03-21 Thread Alex Danilo
Hi All,

My name is Alex Danilo and I've joined the Web Platform Working Group.

I work for Google on the Developer Relations team, specifically focussing
on Web technology.

I first joined the W3C SVG Working Group in January, 2002 and was a
founding member of the (now defunct) Compound Document Formats Working
Group back in 2004 and have been participating in various W3C groups for
much of my time since.

My areas of interest cover a broad range, including the
IntersectionObserver proposal, web components, typography, graphics, layout
primitives and pretty much anything HTML related.

Looking forward to working with you all.

Alex

Either option is okay to me. I'll attend the meeting from Tokyo.

For people participating from Tokyo and Europe, would you prefer having it in
early morning or late evening?

Because Bay Area, Tokyo, and Europe are almost uniformly distributed across the
timezone, our time slots are limited:

Do people from Tokyo can participate in the meeting around midnight?

If so, we can schedule it at UTC 3PM, which is 8AM in bay area, midnight in
Tokyo, and 5AM in Europe.

Another option is at UTC 7AM, which is 11PM in bay area, 3PM in Tokyo, and 8AM
in Europe.
