I also have a dream of a {run_plan}
function. it seems like nodes as a metaparam to the plan fits better with that too so I can change what "nodes" are for the subplan.

If we want to, we can stick it into a namespace, but then you would always need to use that (naturally) - for example puppet::nodes, bolt::nodes.
