There is still some work that needs to be done to consolidate all of this into one command. For the time being you need to run this tool twice in order to create the orphaned facts. Once like './pdb simulate 100 10 true' where the true flag creates the extra nested facts, followed by './pdb simulate 100 10' which will recreate the facts without the extra nested ones which results in the orphans being created. There is also an issue where this script seems to hang after it has submitted it's facts. This appears to be unrelated to this pr and will be addressed later. Add Comment

I've started to look at threading this through from the request and it seems less trivial than I thought (checks global or environment level settings right now), but I'm not really familiar at all with how rich data encoding works in the actual puppet codebase. I think I'll need help with that side of things to get this done in time. bolt-server's default is a max of 16 threads. In bolt-server, threads are analogous to Bolt's concurrency (it runs a single SSH/WinRM operation on each thread). Allow configuring bolt-server's concurrency similar to Bolt's.Provide a {{concurrency}} option that takes an integer, and defaults to {{100}}. This number should be used to set max threads in the server.
