Reproduction Steps
Install PE onto Master.
Install Puppet Agent on SUT.
Register Agent with Master.
Run "puppet agent -t" on SUT to fully configure node.
Execute the following command on the SUT:
puppet resource package --trace
Result
The command runs successfully displaying the list of installed packages on the system.
