[Puppet - Bug #7396] Migrating to JSON in human output lost text wrapping...
Issue #7396 has been updated by Andrew Parker. Target version deleted (2.7.x) Bug #7396: Migrating to JSON in human output lost text wrapping... https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/7396#change-80367 Author: Daniel Pittman Status: Accepted Priority: Normal Assignee: Category: Faces Target version: Affected Puppet version: 2.7.0rc1 Keywords: Branch: When we used the PP library out output we were able to provide nice text wrapping for nested data structures. Specifically, PP provided it for us. Moving to JSON, through the PSON library, has lost this: we can't get the same pulled-tight, nested structuring, although we can get a version that has substantial extra whitespace embedded internally. We should solve that problem and restore the feature. -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
