Occasionally we run into mysterious bugs that turn out to be because someone failed to include a leading :: and there's a module that matches relatively.
It would be awesome to just be able to turn off all relative references.
It would be really nice if it worked by just interpreting all references as absolute. For example:
class profile::php {
include php
}

Have you observed the non wanted behavior on 3.8.x with future parser or on 4.x ?
