When the agent converts containers (classes, defined types, etc) into Whits, tags that were present on the containers are not copied over to the Whits. This causes events generated by contained resources to be excluded by tag filters even though the container had the appropriate tags.h2. This caused a bit of a headache trying to figure out why my lighttpd didn't restart correctly (in the process of upgrading Puppet). At least it looks like the same issue, so I'll add some info here:
