Agent now correctly compares verrsions and indicates that a changed manifest is not a corrective change for the yum provider.

This switches the should setting to use self.should properly, instead of relying on dup. It wraps the entire call in bubble-wrap as well, swallowing exceptions and simply logging them to avoid failing transactions due to insync comparison issues we run into along the way. Kind of sucks, but we're working with 3rd party code and a troublesome api. When that calls out to the provider, the provider of course says "I'll get my should value from the resource!" because it has no reason to believe it's working off of a cloned property One potential fix is to clone the entire resource when evaluating corrective change, but that seems pretty overboard. The acceptance/tests/resource/package/yum.rb test is failing in CI with the following error:
Error: /Stage[main]/Main/Package[guid]: Could not evaluate: undefined method `index' for :absent:Symbol
Manually re-running puppet apply with the same manifest results in a passing run. The manifest is shown below:
