Expressing params.pp for lookup via functions

As a module author currently using the params.pp pattern, I want to use a lookup data provider instead so that not all keys/values have to be computed even if not used so I can make my module perform better.Three key/value function types are supported for data that needs computation:* Data files that directly represents a data structure in json/yaml/hocon (interpolated) * An external service (see also PUP-6867)* Algorithmical (PUP-6868) ** similar to params.pp pattern *Note:* need an example of doing this with an existing module.
