I don't know of a good solution to your request, and I don't think one exists, 
sorry.

Mediawiki has build in export capabilities ( 
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Special:Export ) from where you can export 
the categories of your interest (or all of them) and import these in 
your local Mediawiki installation.

Seems the data volume is not active. Does it help
if you activate the thin pool with:

# lvchange -a y pve/data
