I'm just learning Python and thus had a reason to check into the Python Examples and Sample Code section of the wiki.
Effbot.org is on hiatus according to the site's landing page, rendering The Python Standard Library <http://www.effbot.org/zone/librarybook-index.htm> inaccessible. Thought you guys should know and since I'm very new I didn't feel comfortable editing the wiki myself as I don't have a replacement for the missing information. David Scott
