Hi Puneet, This is a know issue with the installer, which can have a variety of reasons.
https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/user-guide/troubleshooting#windows-error-failed-to-create-anaconda-menus-or-failed-to-add-anaconda-to-the-system-path PyMOL might still be properly installed and only missing the start menu entries.
