[PyMOL] how to illustrate internal cavity?

2007-09-14 Thread Ramachandran Murali
I like the way GRASP can show internal cavity in a protein. I am
wondering whether it is possible to identify and show internal cavities
in a protein with pymol. I can identify internal cavities using voidoo,
but still can not get to show blob-like representation inside the cavity
with pymol.

Thanks
