[PyMOL] how to illustrate internal cavity?
I like the way GRASP can show internal cavity in a protein. I am wondering whether it is possible to identify and show internal cavities in a protein with pymol. I can identify internal cavities using voidoo, but still can not get to show blob-like representation inside the cavity with pymol. [PyMOL] kensington three button mouse in mac book pro-issue
Hi, I am using Kensington three-button mouse on a Mac book pro (17) laptop. In pymol, when i press the middle button (for translation), it switches to horizontal scroll. The translation function is not working! Has anyone experienced similar problem?. Any fix or work around? Thanks Murali
