To whom it may concern, I installed the pymol on my machine with Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS I have a problem with 'Qt not available, using GLUT/Tk interface' when install pymol with: python setup.py install --prefix=/home/mauricetam/software/pymol-2.3.0/ --use-msgpackc=no After I installed it with: python setup.py install --prefix=/home/mauricetam/software/pymol-2.3.0/ --use-msgpackc=no --glut Now, the problem is I don't see the external GUI and there is an error as shown below: Warning: GL_DRAW_BUFFER0=0 -> using GL_BACK Detected OpenGL version 3.0.
