For the past couple weeks everytime I try I get:

sphinx-build -b html -d build/doctrees -D latex_paper_size=  . build/html 
make: sphinx-build: Command not found
make: *** [build] Error 127

Why can't you build the docs on your system?  "make html" works for me every 
time--it even downloads the packages it needs.
