Right, Python 2.7 support is ending at the end of the year. Python 2.7 got 18 
releases without Py_TabcheckFlag, you're the first to request it.

You should consider to upgrade to Python 3 and have a look at my PEP 587 
"Python Initialization Configuration" ;-)

Py_TabcheckFlag has been removed from Python 3. This issue is specific to 
Python 2.7.
