Crunchy Frog is a "desktop web application" that transforms a traditional Python web-based tutorial into an interactive session within a browser. At present it is limited to tutorials (html files) that are contained within a single directory on the computer where it is run.
You can download from https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=125834 It consists of 3 python files, 5 sample html files in a single 10kB zipped file.
