If you have interest and can help over the next few weeks, on Linux Redhat 64bit, Linux Redhat 32bit, Linux Ubuntu 64bit, Mac 10.9, Windows 7 and Windows 8, please send a note to the QA mailing list ( qa@openoffice.apache.org). If you have a Testlink account[1] send your ID as well as what platform you can help test(if you haven't a Testlink account, you can register one). You should also get installation sets from trunk [2] and report issues in Bugzilla [3]. You may want to see detail instructions in Test Guidence [4]. Set up
Hi Please guide me how to set up my environment and which application I have to test. Also I have VM player, so can I have access to vm through that or I have to download virtual box. Moreover u have intel 64-bit os which I think should be fine. Pls reply Hitesh - To unsubscribe, e-mail: qa-unsubscr...@openoffice.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: qa-h...@openoffice.apache.org
Re: Set up
Well the first step is to have the target OS running on the VM, the second would be to install the version for each platform. On the testlink platform you should be able to select which test cases are for the target OS and repeat the process for each of the platforms. Your feedback would be important and saved for further analysis. Here is the wikipage showing how to do the testcases: https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/Testlink On 5/6/14, Hitesh Jain jainhi...@gmail.com wrote: Hi Please guide me how to set up my environment and which application I have to test.
