Hi All,

We started doing the AOO 4.1.1 Full Path Regression Test(FPR) on June 25,
here is the weekly update (7/15 - 7/20):

*Test execution:*1. We have assigned 176 text executions to about 20
volunteers, and completed about 50.6% in execution (89 test executions
done). We are behind schedule to finish feature FVT before Aug 8. The
planned completion is 67.8% as of July 20.

2. From below test results distributed among Apps, we have made progress in
testing on Writer, but still need to speed up testing on Impress(because
completed percentage is 35.29% which is lower than the average 50.6%)

3. From below test results distributed among platforms, we need to speed up
the testing on Redhat Linux 64bit(because completed percentage is 28.89%
which is lower than the average 50.6%) and Mac(No progress on Mac!!)

*Defect summary:*
1. We have verified 23 of 4.1.1 resolved showstopper bugs (Total 51 as of
July 14, increased 6 more since July 14. Backlog is 28 for function bugs)
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=dorem&list_id=153261&namedcmd=4.1.1_release_blocker%2B%3F&remaction=run&sharer_id=249089

*Issues & quality highlight:*
1. We need more defect verification volunteers, especially bug reporters or
bug confirmators who have ever reproduced bugs
2. We(test cases assignees) need speed up testing on Mac & Redhat Linux
64bit, and on Impress

*Volunteer status: *
1. We have total 20 test execution volunteers joined in FPR execution work
since June 24, 2 new comers in this week are from Apache OpenOffice Forum.
2. We have total 5 defect verification volunteers joined in 4.1.1 resolved
showstopper bug verification work since June 23, 2 new comers in this week
are from Apache OpenOffice Forum, but need more as low progress now

*Plan for next week:*
1. Continue to do FPR test with M2 and M3 and bug verification
2. Remind some test execution volunteers to complete their assignments
3. Continue to organize the FPR test and bug verification
4. I (Fan, Yuzhen) will be on vacation, may check email occasionally

Thank you all for effort provided last week, we need your continuous help
to catch up, especially on Mac/Linux Redhat and Impress, as well as the
bug verification!

Regards,
Yu Zhen
