When I tried rhel6u1 as a guest, I didn't met the guest panic issue. This should be a kvm kernel bug. kvm + qemu-kvm = result 781f3067 + 2850e9e3 = bad 08a95a51 + 2850e9e3 = good guest panic serial log is attached.
