No USB mouse at WIN10 VM after hardware upgrade

KVM/qwmu with Virtual Machine Manager (driven by libvirt) at opensuse 
Tumbleweed.

I changed the hardware from an old motherboard and CPU to
main board: RUG ASUS B450-F with  AMD Ryzen 7 3700 CPU 32Gb
There is no mouse available at the Win10 VM Guest but at a Win XP guest.
Also forwarding the USB tablet is not working.
Any hints to debug?
