CI

Hi,

since all the pieces are now in place, I made a little experiment for
running Python tests inside QGIS on Travis and it seem to work well [1]

I don't think that we need to run **all** tests this way, but I believe
that for some tests that require the real iface and a real QGIS
application, this could be very useful.

I'm still waiting to hear from Boundless if they are willing to fund the
additional work required to fully integrate this new possibility in the
current testing workflow but I'd like to know your thoughts on this topic
before proceeding further.

I'm not sure what is the best way to integrate this in the current CMake
configuration, for example: should we create a CMake macro to add these
tests?
