Hi Lene,

we will ship with QGIS only few providers. Additional providers, like OTB, R, 
LiDAR, etc
will be available through plugin repository. Right now Processing is under huge 
refactoring
(kudos to Nyall for his fantastic work!), so there is no much sense in 
releasing plugins.
When API will be stabilised, we will publish other providers in the plugin repo.

I have installed the latest 2.99.0 weekly. I can only find GDAL, GRASS and SAGA 
as providers. How can I add OTB and LAStools ?
